This role is ideal for a commercially minded solicitor eager to advance their career within a supportive and progressive environment. Day-to-day of the role: Advise both franchisors and franchisees on a range of franchise matters including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating franchise agreements. Handle franchise renewals, variations, transfers, and exits. Draft and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts and agreements. Provide advice on the rights and obligations of parties throughout the franchise relationship. Support clients with the purchase and sale of franchise businesses. Address contractual and commercial issues arising within franchise relationships. Work collaboratively with colleagues across other areas of the firm as required.
