The Opportunity You will work closely with an established Lead Franchisee who already understands the healthcare market, client base and candidate network. You will be trained and supported to learn how recruitment works, including how to speak with candidates, build relationships, understand client requirements and support contract placements. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to get into recruitment, but does not want to start completely alone.
