Role Overview:
As a Franchise Manager, you will be responsible for supporting and developing new and existing franchises within our company. You will work closely with our franchisees to ensure their success and growth, while also maintaining the high standards and values of our brand. This role is ideal for someone with experience in franchise management and a passion for supporting small businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide ongoing support and guidance to franchisees, including training, coaching, and troubleshootingDevelop and implement strategies to increase franchisee profitability and overall business growthConduct regular franchise performance reviews and provide recommendations for improvementCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment with company standards and policiesConduct market research and analysis to identify potential franchise opportunitiesOrganize and facilitate franchisee meetings, conferences, and eventsMonitor and ensure compliance with franchise agreements and legal requirementsDevelop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including franchisees, suppliers, and industry partnersStay updated on industry trends and best practices for franchise managementRequirements:
