We are currently seeking a Franchise Manager to join our team and support the growth and development of our franchise business.

Role Overview:

As a Franchise Manager, you will be responsible for supporting and developing new and existing franchises within our company. You will work closely with our franchisees to ensure their success and growth, while also maintaining the high standards and values of our brand. This role is ideal for someone with experience in franchise management and a passion for supporting small businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to franchisees, including training, coaching, and troubleshooting
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase franchisee profitability and overall business growth
  • Conduct regular franchise performance reviews and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment with company standards and policies
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential franchise opportunities
  • Organize and facilitate franchisee meetings, conferences, and events
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with franchise agreements and legal requirements
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including franchisees, suppliers, and industry partners
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices for franchise management
  • Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in franchise management, preferably in the healthcare or service industry
  • Strong understanding of franchise business models and operations
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing franchise businesses
  • Ability to travel to different locations as needed
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Must be based in Liverpool or willing to relocate
