Primark .This role is accountable for delivering Primark retail environments that are best in class within the value fashion and lifestyle sector into international markets in collaboration with our franchise partners. You will be responsible for delivering the Primark global retail environment into markets in the most effective way while accounting for regional nuances, assessing sites on a case-by-case basis, and providing cost and sustainability conscious design solutions that deliver the DNA and Brand values of Primark with excellence and consistency.What You’ll Get

Responsible for the look and feel of each Primark retail environment, providing design governance for franchise partners to deliver best in class retail environmentsCollaborate with the Primark Technical Design Team to support market-specific standards for the Guru (architectural standards) SystemDevelop and maintain new design guidelines and processes for working with franchise partners across markets or regionsMaintain cognisance of Primark’s retail DNA and adapt it to site conditions while maintaining global design consistency and qualityMaintain knowledge of 2D assets and signage to ensure correct integration into our estateProvide design consultation and bespoke solutions for franchise partners and their supply base in line with Brand DNABe cost-conscious across projects, managing resources and value engineering to reduce capex without compromising qualityManage relationships with external designers, agencies, and suppliers to ensure alignment with new guidelines and local regulationsWhat you’ll bring

Qualification in Architecture or Design, or minimum 10 years of relevant experience in retail designDetailed knowledge of retail design and customer trends globallyKnowledge of manufacturing standards, materials and construction methodsKnowledge of shopfitting and F+FPassion for design with attention to detailProficiency in Office and Adobe applicationsProficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp (preferred)About Primark
