Frame Assemblers

We are seeking talented frame assemblers for our client based in Melksham. Key Responsibilities: Assemble frames to the correct method set by Design and Development and to the correct Quality Standard Trained and documented by the company. Tool Maintenance and Usage: Maintain and utilise woodworking tools and equipment efficiently. Ensure all tools are in top working condition to promote a safe and productive work environment. Quality Control: Conduct thorough inspections of assembled frames to ensure they meet standards and client specifications. Address any issues or make necessary adjustments as required. Work closely with a team of like-minded professionals, sharing your expertise and working together. Requirements: Demonstrable experience in frame assembly, woodworking, or carpentry. An apprenticeship / NVQ or similar in carpentry. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work are critical for this role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work closely within a team environment.
