Fractional Finance Project Consultant

Your new companyI am currently working with a Property Business who are looking to recruit a Finance Consultant to support with the design, build and implementation of a sophisticated financial forecasting model and automated MI dashboard. The business operates within the residential property sector, focusing on Rent-to-Rent and Buy-to-Rent portfolios, with plans to scale significantly over time.Your new roleThis role will initially be 1-2 days per week, with the expectation that involvement will increase as the property portfolio grows. The successful consultant will take ownership of developing robust forecasting, reporting and analytical tools to support strategic decision-making across the business. Key Responsibilities:Build a dynamic 3-5 year integrated three-statement forecasting model (PandL, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow)Develop loan disbursement and repayment forecasting modelsCreate interest income, amortised cost and IFRS 9 reporting modelsDesign Portfolio-at-Risk (PAR) and Expected Credit Loss (ECL) modellingBuild automated MI dashboards using Power BI, Tableau or advanced ExcelMonitor and report on key performance indicators including yield, liquidity and DSCRCreate scenario and sensitivity analysis tools to assess funding, default and interest rate changesSupport management with financial planning and strategic decision-makingEnsure model integrity and compliance with IFRS / UK GAAP requirements where applicable.What you''ll need to succeedACCA, ACA, CIMA or ..... full job details .....
