Fractional Finance Manager

Recruitment Solutions are pleased to be partnering with our Client to appoint a Fractional Finance Manager. To meet our Clients criteria you will be ACA / CIMA or ACCA Qualified. Your role as Fractional Finance Manager will be to provide meaningful insight across a Clients business your role will to become a trusted Business Partner and to work support across a range of Financial and Commercial elements. To also meet our Clients criteria you will have had a minimum of 5 years plus exposure across Management Accounting or Client Accounting or as a Finance Manager within Commerce and Industry, You will a character who enjoys a hands on approach and the interaction with a variety of different Business Leaders. Finally, you will be an organized character who can work to a variety of deadlines and timeframes and be able to take a self sufficient approach whilst at the same time being able to take a team with you when needed. Core Functions of the Fractional Finance Manager role are Management Accounting Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet Reporting Variance Analysis Month End Reporting Preparation of individual Client Reports and Business Assessments Fractional Finance Cash Flow Forecasting Budgets and Forecasts Financial Strategy and Planning Process Improvements Be the go to person WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT IN RETURN AS THE FRACTIONAL FINANCE MANAGER Annual Salary of c £50,000 Annual Performance based review and potential bonus Payments 25 Days Hols and Bank Hols Work from home ..... full job details .....
