Recently investment used to fund international expansion, the business is scaling quickly and now needs the finance and operational infrastructure to match. This is a rare chance to shape the back-office of a genuinely differentiated technology company at an early, formative stage.The RoleThe Fractional Finance and Operations Director will own finance, day-to-day operations, and HR across the business. This is a hands-on, broad remit for someone who is happy rolling up their sleeves across everything from management accounts and cashflow through to operational process and people administration. The role starts at around two days per week on-site, with clear scope to increase days as the business grows. You will be the person the business trusts to keep the engine running and to bring order, pace, and modern systems thinking to a fast-moving environment.ResponsibilitiesOwn the day-to-day finance function, including management accounts, cashflow forecasting, payroll oversight, and supplier and client payments.Run day-to-day operations, keeping internal processes, tools, and administration organised and efficient.Lead HR administration, including onboarding, contracts, and supporting the leadership team as the headcount grows.Introduce and ..... full job details .....
