Working closely with the Managing Director and Finance Director, you will help shape business strategy, optimise commercial opportunities and oversee the delivery of significant projects within an ambitious private-sector sales and service operation.

Package for a Fractional Commercial Director:

• Day Rate: -6501,000
• Hours: Two or three days per week
• Contract Type: Fractional
• Location: Head office, Bristol

Key Responsibilities of a Fractional Commercial Director:

• Identify and optimise commercial opportunities across a multi-channel business
• Work closely with the Managing Director and Finance Director to shape business strategy
• Provide oversight of significant projects, ensuring delivery remains aligned with business objectives
• Support the development and performance of an ambitious sales and service function
• Translate strategic priorities into practical actions that support sustainable growth

Key Skills and Experience of a Fractional Commercial Director:

• Proven experience in a Commercial Director or equivalent senior leadership role within the private sector
• A strong track record of identifying commercial opportunities and delivering business growth
• Experience supporting sales and service operations, ideally within a multi-channel business
• Ability to oversee significant projects and manage competing business priorities
• Confidence working closely with senior stakeholders to influence strategic decisions
• A commercially focused, hands-on approach, combining strategic thinking with practical delivery
