Fractional CFO/Consultancy

Following the award of a grant to support strategic development, the organisation is seeking a commercially minded finance leader who has a wealth of knowledge in investments, to provide Board-level advice, strengthen financial sustainability and support the next stage of its evolution. The RoleThis consultancy-style Fractional CFO role will work closely with the CEO and Board of Trustees to provide strategic financial leadership and insight. Focusing on long-term sustainability rather than day-to-day operations, you will assess the organisation''s current financial position, develop practical recommendations, strengthen financial governance, and establish robust frameworks to support future growth, resilience and impact. Key responsibilities will include: Provide strategic financial leadership to the CEO and Board of Trustees, helping shape the organisation''s long-term sustainability, growth and impact. Develop a five-year financial strategy, forecasting model and income diversification plan to support future decision-making and financial resilience.
