FRA Surveyor

Are you an experienced FRA Surveyor looking for their next career opportunity?

Approach Personnel are proud to be partnered with one of the largest Property Services Contractors in the UK, who are currently on the look out for an experienced FRA Surveyor-to join them on a permanent basis. As a FRA Surveyor you will be responsible for completing all pre-surveys of fire doors.

What are we looking for?

• Prior-Passive Fire Protection Surveying Experience
• Prior-Experience in surveying applications such as Site Audit Pro and PlanRadar.
• Have good working knowledge of current Health & Safety and Legislation
• IFE Fire Door Inspections - Level 3 preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Competently carry out compartmentation surveys and identify non-conformance/issues.
• Provide solutions to rectify any non -conformance / FRA issues.
• Post and Pre work inspections including compliance checks.
• Produce survey reports and offer technical advice and recommendations.
