We are currently working with a well-established social housing provider in North London that is looking to appoint an experienced FRA Surveyor on a permanent basis, offering a salary of 55,000. Key Responsibilities:
- 	Conduct Type 1-4 Fire Risk Assessments across a varied portfolio of residential housing stock. 
- 	Produce detailed, compliant reports with clear recommendations in line with current fire safety legislation and sector standards. 
- 	Work collaboratively with internal compliance teams, housing officers, and external contractors to ensure all remedial actions are tracked and completed. 
- 	Maintain accurate records of assessments and actions to meet regulatory and internal audit requirements. 
- 	Keep up to date with changes in fire safety legislation, guidance, and best practices affecting the housing sector. 
Requirements:
- 	Proven experience conducting Fire Risk Assessments, ideally within a social housing environment. 
- 	Recognised fire safety qualification (e.g. NEBOSH Fire, IFE, IFSM, or equivalent). 
- 	Sound understanding of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, Building Safety Act, and related regulations. 
- 	Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in technical report writing. 
- 	Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across North London.
