We are looking for an experienced FRA Planner / Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in scheduling and coordinating Fire Risk Assessment (FRA) works. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised individual with previous experience in planning and coordinating FRA projects within the fire safety sector. Key Responsibilities Plan, schedule and coordinate Fire Risk Assessment (FRA) works. Liaise with clients, surveyors, contractors and internal teams to ensure works are completed efficiently. Manage engineers'' diaries and allocate appointments. Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are achieved. Update internal systems with accurate job information and documentation. Resolve scheduling issues and respond promptly to client enquiries. Produce reports and maintain compliance records. Ensure all work is delivered in line with company procedures and client expectations. Essential Requirements Previous experience coordinating or planning Fire Risk Assessment (FRA) works is essential. Strong organisational and time management skills.
