MMP Consultancy are working with a fantastic organisation to recruit an FRA Administrator to join them on a temporary contract based in North West London.
As the FRA Administrator, you''ll be an essential part of the housing provider''s Safety & Compliance team. You''ll support the delivery of an effective fire risk assessment program across the property portfolio, ensuring residents'' safety and meeting regulatory obligations. This is a role for someone with an eye for detail and a passion for helping keep communities safe.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update the FRA tracker with live status of assessments and actions
- Schedule and coordinate FRA inspections with contractors and access teams
- Track outstanding actions and liaise with relevant teams to ensure timely resolution
- Support audit and reporting requirements for internal and external stakeholders
- Manage documentation and ensure records are stored and maintained in accordance with data protection legislation
- Communicate updates and escalate risks to senior staff where necessary
- Assist with preparation for regulatory inspections
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience of working within Housing or with Local Authorities is preferable
- Previous administrative experience in housing, compliance, or facilities
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
- Familiarity with FRA processes or building safety regulations is preferred
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
