The post holder will manage a Payments Team, on a daily basis, with responsibility for ensuring all documentation is processed accurately and promptly in accordance with the BSO''s Standing Financial Instructions and department procedures. Main Roles and Responsibilities Responsibility for scheduling workload and providing direction on a day to day basis to the Payments Department. Ensuring that resources are available and arrangements are in place for staff and the department to meet directorate and organisational deadlines and comply with Standing Financial Instructions. Utilise IT based solutions for the management and control of the workload of the department, producing routine and ad hoc reports as required.
