This exciting opportunity involves working on cutting-edge medical and sensing applications. The successful candidate will possess robust skills in HDL and the AMD Vivado toolchain, with solid experience in digital signal processing. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality FPGA/DSP designs and implementations with minimal supervision Contribute to technical discussions, design reviews, and project planning Engage with clients on a technical level, including pre-contract scoping discussions Potentially lead and mentor junior colleagues Work effectively within multidisciplinary project teams Identify and raise technical risks or concerns in a timely manner Communicate progress clearly and maintain appropriate technical documentation Candidate will need to be up-to-speed in some of the areas below: - JESD204C implementation (coherent multi-channel up to 500Msps) - GT transceiver use, multi-channel >10Gbps - 40G/100G Ethernet (fibre) - High speed SoC PLtoPS DMA datalogging engine - including ability to contribute to ...
