The role will focus on assessing current-state FPandA capabilities, designing the future-state operating model, transforming core FPandA processes and defining the appropriate balance between centralised finance, business units, Global Business Services (GBS) and BPO/outsourcing. The successful candidate will bring strong experience across FPandA transformation, operating model design, finance process transformation and GBS/shared services models. Key ResponsibilitiesFPandA TOM Design and Strategy Define and design the FPandA Target Operating Model, covering processes, organisation, governance and technology. Assess current-state FPandA maturity and identify improvement opportunities.
