FPandA Target Operating Model (TOM) Design

Role Overview We are seeking an experienced FPandA Target Operating Model (TOM) Design professional to lead the design and transformation of Financial Planning and Analysis operating models. The role will focus on assessing current-state FPandA capabilities, designing the future-state operating model, transforming core FPandA processes and defining the appropriate balance between centralised finance, business units, Global Business Services (GBS) and BPO/outsourcing. The successful candidate will bring strong experience across FPandA transformation, operating model design, finance process transformation and GBS/shared services models. Key ResponsibilitiesFPandA TOM Design and Strategy Define and design the FPandA Target Operating Model, covering processes, organisation, governance and technology. Assess current-state FPandA maturity and identify improvement opportunities. Develop future-state operating model blueprints across: Central FPandA Business units GBS / Shared Services BPO / Outsourced operations Align the FPandA operating model with finance strategy, enterprise objectives and the digital roadmap. Define appropriate roles, responsibilities, governance structures and decision rights. FPandA Process Transformation Redesign core FPandA processes including: Budgeting Forecasting Long-range planning Management reporting Drive standardisation, simplification and harmonisation across regions and business functions.
