Hybrid working 3 days office, 2 homeWe are exclusively working with a growing manufacturing business in Bury looking for an FPandA Manager to join the team. This role will be a truly exciting opportunity for someone, reporting directly to the CFO you will work closely with the wider finance team with full responsibility over FPandA to create accurate budgets, forecasts and providing analysis and insights to decision makersRole:Developing new and enhancing existing reporting across the businessIdentifying areas for improvement in the forecasting process and working with the FC to implement improvements across forecastingOwnership of the budget and reforecast processes, ensuring completion to group timetableMeeting with budget holders to agree annual budget/quarterly forecast numbersWorking with the CFO to review budgets and forecastsCash flow forecasting, scenario modelling and presenting recommendationsOwnership of the balance sheet including monthly reconciliationsOwnership of overheads during month end reporting including accruals and variance analysisPreparation of month end reporting pack and providing commentary on variances Preparation and submission of group reporting packsWorking closely with Finance Business Partner to provide analysis and insights for decision makersAssist with internal and external audits and process/system improvementsExperience:ACCA / CIMA qualified with experience within an FPandA ..... full job details .....
