      <description>Location: Oxford | Salary: 75000.00-75000.00 Annual | Type: Permanent | FPandA Manager Oxford / Hybrid - 2 days per week in Oxford £80,000 + 10% bonus + benefits SF Partners are exclusively supporting a private equity investment group with the appointment of an FPandA Manager. This is a varied opportunity, providing FPandA support across the investment group and two of its portfolio businesses. You will gain exposure to three different organisations, working closely with senior finance stakeholders across each. Reporting into a senior finance leader, responsibilities will include:  Managing budgeting, forecasting and reforecasting cyclesProducing management and board-level reportingMaintaining and developing financial modelsProviding commercial analysis around performance and profitabilityWorking closely with CFO and FD-level stakeholdersImproving and standardising FPandA processes and reportingSupporting wider commercial projects and analysis We are looking for a strong FPandA professional who is comfortable working in a fast-paced and changing environment.
