FPandA Manager

We are exclusively working with a growing and ambitious group of companies based in Central Essex who are looking to appoint an experienced FPandA Manager. This is a key, commercially focused role reporting directly to the CFO, offering high visibility and influence across the business. This position will suit a confident FPandA professional who is comfortable operating in a predominantly standalone role, taking ownership of planning, forecasting and performance insight for a multi-entity group. Responsibilities Ownership of group budgeting, forecasting and long-range planningMonthly management reporting, KPI dashboards and variance analysisFinancial modelling and scenario analysis to support strategic decisionsCommercial business partnering with senior stakeholdersCash flow forecasting and working capital analysisDriving improvements in FPandA processes, reporting and controlsAd-hoc analysis and project support for the CFO and Board Candidate Profile Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)Proven FPandA or commercial finance experience, ideally within a group or growing SME environmentComfortable working autonomouslyStrong financial modelling and advanced Excel skillsConfident communicator with strong commercial acumenPower BI or similar reporting tools advantageous The Opportunity High-impact role within a growing, evolving groupDirect access to senior leadership and strategic projectsOpportunity to shape and develop the FPandA functionHybrid working and ..... full job details .....
