You will sit at the heart of value creation, partnering closely with senior leadership, operational teams, and stakeholders.The role offers high exposure, genuine influence over strategic decision-making, and the chance to shape how financial insight drives performance across the business.Key ResponsibilitiesFull ownership of the FPandA process, establishing best practice from scratchLead the annual budget, quarterly forecasting cycles, and long-range planningBuild and maintain corporate financial models, including PandL, cash flow and balance sheetPrepare and deliver quarterly board reporting, translating financial data into commercial insightPartner with the senior leadership on ad-hoc analysis, reporting and value-creation initiativesWork closely with the operational managers to set and challenge budgetsDevelop weekly KPI reporting, working alongside the data team to create meaningful, business-focused dashboardsProvide commercial insight to support strategic decisions, revenue optimisation and performance improvementAct as a key finance business partner, complementing the Finance Manager who owns financial accuracyAbout YouQualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)Proven, hands-on FPandA experience - comfortable operating independently ..... full job details .....
