Interim FPandA Manager (Financial Planning and Analysis) Annual Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 Pro Rata (£250-£350 day rate) Location: Weybridge, Surrey Job Type: Hybrid (3-6 Month Fixed-Term Contract / Interim Assignment) An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced FPandA Manager to join a well-established business in Weybridge on an interim basis for an initial 3-6 month assignment. This role is crucial in supporting senior leadership with financial planning, forecasting, commercial analysis, and strategic decision-making. The successful candidate will be an accomplished finance professional who can quickly add value, provide meaningful insight, and support the business through a period of transition and growth. Day-to-day of the role: Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes. Deliver insightful management information and performance reporting. Prepare detailed financial models and scenario analysis. Partner with senior stakeholders across the business to support strategic decisions. Provide variance analysis and identify key performance drivers. Support cash flow forecasting and working capital management. Analyse trends, risks, and opportunities to improve business performance.
