Reporting to the Finance Director, this is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially focused finance professional to join an expanding organisation and play a key role in supporting its continued growth. The role is commutable from all areas of Leicester / Leicestershire, Nottingham, Derby and Coventry / Warwickshire. Working closely with the senior finance team, you will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, cash flow forecasting and producing monthly management reports and board packs. A key part of the role will involve business partnering with operational managers, analysing staffing costs, understanding margins and identifying opportunities to improve profitability.
