As FPandA Manager you will be responsible for creating the FPandA capability from the ground up, designing the processes, systems, reporting frameworks and team structure required to support a fast-growing business. You will act as a strategic business partner to senior stakeholders, providing insight, challenge, and guidance to support key commercial decisions. Key Responsibilities Owning the group / business unit PandL view, including monthly management reporting, commentary and insight into drivers of revenue, gross margin, opex, capex and profitability. Leading the budgeting and forecasting process - designing the calendar, templates and methodology for annual budgets, rolling forecasts and long-range plans. Producing regular forecasts (e.g. monthly/quarterly) and updating outlook for revenue, costs, cash and key operational metrics in collaboration with department heads.
