This is a high-impact role for a commercially minded finance professional with strong manufacturing experience who wants to shape how the business plans, forecasts, and makes decisions.The roleYou will own the end-to-end setup of FPandA, creating the processes, models, and reporting that connect finance with operations, supply chain, and commercial teams.Key responsibilities will include: Designing and implementing the FPandA framework: annual budget, rolling forecasts, monthly re-forecasts, and long-range planning tailored to a manufacturing environment. Building driver-based financial models for volume, mix, price, yield, scrap, labour, and overheads to support operational decision-making.
