FPandA Manager

Grafton Banks Finance is currently looking for an ambitious FPandA Manager to join an established, profitable and growing business in East Sussex. Working closely with the CFO and Financial Controller you will be responsible for leading the FPandA team, developing the budgeting and planning process, as well as the forecasting model.Some of the key responsibilities include:Support the business to deliver long term strategic objectives through data gathering and analysis.Develop models for budgeting and forecasting and improving the planning process.Prepare the annual budget and 5 years plan, and complete re-forecasts throughout the year.Prepare and present insights to the board.Support with MandA and business expansion including pre-acquisition modelling and the financial due diligence process.Monitoring cash flow risks and opportunities, and complete analysis of business performance.Oversee a team of 3.The successful candidate will be:Fully Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)With experience leading an FPandA team (2+ direct reports) from a multi-site business (essential)You may also have experience of working on MandA, completing due diligence work, business acquisitions and site expansion.You will have evidence of creating and managing 5-year plans.You will have advanced IT and financial modelling skills.You''ll live in East Sussex and be able to attend the office 3 days per week.In return for your knowledge and experience you will be rewarded with a competitive salary ..... full job details .....
