FpandA Manager

Grafton Banks Finance is currently looking for an ambitious FPandA Manager to join an established, profitable and growing manufacturing business in West Sussex. Working closely with the CFO and Financial Controller you will be responsible for managing and developing the budgeting and planning process, and oversee the Finance Business Partners.£85-95,000 plus extensive benefits4 days on-site, 1 day WFHSome of the key responsibilities include:Support the business to deliver long term strategic objectives through data gathering and analysis.Develop models for budgeting and forecasting and improving the planning process.Prepare the annual budget and 5 years plan, and complete re-forecasts throughout the year.Prepare and present insights to the board.Monitoring cash flow risks and opportunities, and complete analysis of business performance.Oversee a team of 3.The successful candidate will be:Commercially focused qualified accountant (e.g., CIMA, ACA, ACCA)Proven experience in a manufacturing environment.A strong technical accounting background is preferred as is a knowledge around IFRS accounting standards, including revenue recognition.In return for your knowledge and experience you will be rewarded with a competitive salary (85-95,000) plus benefits package and perks, and the opportunity to work from home 1 day per week.Please don''t hesitate to send your cv for more information and the job description and ensure that your Home Postcode and essential skills (Qual, FPandA) are ..... full job details .....
