This is a broad, hands-on role for someone who enjoys working close to the action, partnering with non-finance stakeholders and helping the business make better decisions through insight rather than reporting for reporting''s sake.This is not a highly structured, transactional finance role. It''s designed for someone who thrives in an SME environment, is comfortable with ambiguity, and is happy to roll up their sleeves in a lean, collaborative team.The RoleYou will act as a trusted finance partner to sales and operations, helping translate financial data into meaningful commercial insight.
