The Role The job:We re looking for a FPandA Manager to join our Finance team based in Loudwater, Buckinghamshire.As part of our fast paced Finance and Insights team, the FPandA Manager will play a critical role in shaping the financial future of the business. This role leads the planning, forecasting and performance insight processes, enabling informed and confident decision making across the organisation.This role is central to building a best in class FPandA capability, including improving our forecasting cycles, driving simplicity and accuracy in reporting, and setting the standard for effective business partnering.You will partner closely with business leaders and the C-suite to provide high quality analysis, challenge assumptions, highlight risks and opportunities, and guide the business toward achieving its strategic and financial goals.Ready to skip the snooze button and get stuck in? Here s a taste of what you ll be doing day-to-day Budgeting, Forecasting and Planning: Own and deliver the annual Budget and formal Reforecasts, consolidating a complete company view.Own the monthly Forecast to Group, ensuring accurate, timely submission of results, drivers and commentary in line with Group timelines and expectations.Lead planning cycles with clear timetables, frameworks, assumptions and stakeholder engagement.Provide robust challenge to business plans and performance drivers to ensure ambitious but realistic projections.Working with the Finance Business Partners, ..... full job details .....
