FPandA Manager

This role is a 12-month fixed-term contract to provide maternity cover and requires an immediate start. It offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a high-performing finance function within a dynamic, fast-paced business.The FPandA Manager will play a key role in driving financial planning, analysis and decision support across the Group. This role is critical in delivering high quality forecasting, budgeting and strategic insight to support business growth and performance.You will work closely with senior stakeholders across Finance, Product, Commercial and Operations teams, providing forward-looking analysis, challenging assumptions and enhancing financial visibility across the organisation.ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Budgeting, Forecasting and PlanningOwn the annual budget and rolling forecast processes, working closely with business heads to ensure accuracy and commercial alignmentReview business plan and strategic initiatives by actively challenging assumptions and scrutinising projected impactDeliver clear variance analysis against budget and forecast, alongside scenario modelling to support decision-makingFinancial Analysis and ReportingProduce and continuously improve the monthly management reporting pack, including variance analysis and KPI commentary for boardDeliver timely and insightful analysis on revenue, costs, and key KPIsIdentify trends, risks, and opportunities across the PandL and balance sheet, supporting proactive decision-makingSupport the ..... full job details .....
