FPandA Manager

A well-established, private equity-backed consumer business with operations across multiple UK sites is looking to strengthen its finance team with the appointment of an FPandA Manager. The business has experienced sustained growth in recent years and offers a genuinely commercial environment where finance plays a central role in decision-making.This is a great opportunity for a qualified finance professional with strong FPandA credentials to take ownership of budgeting, forecasting and cashflow modelling at group level, working closely with site and operational teams across the business.What you''ll be doing:Leading the annual budgeting process and ongoing reforecasting cyclesBuilding and maintaining robust cashflow forecasting modelsProducing insightful financial and operational analysis to support decision-makingPartnering with operational stakeholders across multiple sites to challenge and support performanceDeveloping Power BI dashboards and reporting tools to improve visibility of key metricsIdentifying opportunities to improve forecasting accuracy and reporting efficiencyWhat we''re looking for:Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)Proven FPandA experience gained within a multi-site businessStrong technical modelling skills, particularly around cashflow forecastingConfident, hands-on user of Power BIA natural communicator who can translate numbers into commercial insight for non-finance stakeholdersComfortable working in a fast-moving, high-growth ..... full job details .....
