FPandA Manager

We are currently recruiting for an experienced FPandA professional to join a growing business on an interim basis. This is a hands on role requiring someone who can hit the ground running, provide immediate support to senior stakeholders and take ownership of financial planning, forecasting and analysis. Key responsibilities: Lead FPandA activity across budgeting, forecasting and reforecasting Provide financial and commercial analysis to support business decisions Analyse actuals against budget, forecast and prior year, providing clear commentary on variances Build and maintain financial models and scenario analysis Support long-term financial planning and business growth initiatives Partner with senior stakeholders across the business to understand performance and identify opportunities Produce monthly reporting, management information and presentations for senior management Provide analysis around productivity, demand, KPIs and business performance Work on ad hoc analysis and what-if scenarios as required Support strategic projects and wider finance initiatives Translate complex financial information into clear, commercially focused insights About you: Qualified Accountant - ACA, ACCA or CIMA Strong, proven FPandA experience Previous experience operating at a senior level and partnering with senior stakeholders Highly analytical with strong commercial awareness Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills Strong experience across budgeting, forecasting and variance ..... full job details .....
