FPandA Insight Analyst (Fixed-Term Contract) Reports to: Head of Financial Planning and Analysis (FPandA)Location: Hybrid working arrangement, with regular attendance at a UK head office and occasional travel to operational sites. About the Role We are looking for a commercially-minded analyst who enjoys using data to answer complex business questions. This role is focused on uncovering insights, understanding performance drivers, and identifying opportunities to improve decision-making across a multi-site consumer-facing business.Working closely with the Head of FPandA and operational stakeholders, you will analyse performance trends, customer behaviours, investment outcomes, and operational opportunities. Your findings will help inform strategic and commercial decisions across the business.This position is dedicated to analysis and insight generation and does not involve responsibility for budgeting, forecasting, or routine management reporting.
