Your new companyThis is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong analytical skills who wants to develop their career in financial planning and analysis within a supportive and collaborative environment for a growing forward-thinking company.The FPandA Assistant will play a key role in supporting the FD with budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and performance analysis, helping drive informed business decisions.Your new roleAssist with the preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reportsSupport budgeting and forecasting processesAnalyse financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunitiesProduce variance analysis (actuals vs budget/forecast)Maintain and enhance financial models and spreadsheetsSupport cash flow forecasting and reportingAssist with month-end and year-end processesContribute to KPI reporting and performance analysisEnsure accuracy and integrity of financial dataSupport improvements in reporting processes and financial controlsCollaborate with departments to gather financial insightsAssist with ad hoc financial analysis and business projectsWhat you''ll need to succeedWe are looking for a candidate with strong Excel capabilities (including pivot tables and advanced formulas), excellent numerical and analytical skills, and a high level of attention to detail.
