The FPandA Analyst will play a key role in monthly reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis, helping the business understand financial outcomes and key drivers. This is a hands-on analytical role suited to someone who enjoys working closely with stakeholders and adding commercial value, rather than purely producing reports.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Performance and ReportingSupport reporting on revenue, costs, profitability, and key performance indicatorsPrepare and analyse monthly management accounts, including variance analysis against budget and forecastDeliver clear and concise commentary for non-finance stakeholdersFocus on post-month-end analysis rather than transactional accountingPlanning, Budgeting and ForecastingSupport the annual budgeting cycle (already completed for current period)Assist with periodic reforecasting and year-end projectionsWork with senior team members to ..... full job details .....
