Robert Half Finance and Accounting are recruiting for an FPandA Analyst to join a high growth, private equity-backed business in Hull.With ambitious plans to scale, strengthen operational performance and enhance reporting capabilities, the business is seeking a commercially minded FPandA Analyst to play a key role in supporting strategic decision-making and driving performance across the organisation.Reporting directly to the CFO, this opportunity offers significant exposure to senior leadership and the chance to influence the future direction of a growing, investor-backed business.The RoleThe FPandA Analyst will support the CFO and wider leadership team by providing high-quality reporting, analysis and commercial insight to support business growth and performance.Key responsibilities will include:Producing weekly and monthly management information and performance reporting.Developing and maintaining dashboards, KPIs and reporting tools to improve business visibility.Supporting the annual budgeting process and ongoing forecasting cycles.Delivering detailed variance analysis with meaningful commentary and recommendations.Analysing financial and operational data to identify key trends, risks and opportunities.Supporting scenario planning and financial modelling exercises.Working closely with operational stakeholders to improve reporting and performance management.The Ideal CandidateYou will be a highly analytical finance professional with strong communication skills and the ..... full job details .....
