FPandA Analyst

Robert Half are supporting a well-established manufacturing business in Wiltshire to recruit a Financial Planning and Analysis (FPandA) Analyst on a 12-month fixed-term contract.This is a hands-on role offering excellent exposure across the full finance function, working closely with operational teams and senior stakeholders to drive performance and support decision-making.Key Responsibilities Lead and support month-end reporting processesAnalyse financial performance and provide clear insight to stakeholdersPrepare and review balance sheet reconciliationsDeliver budgeting and forecasting cycles Develop and track KPIs across manufacturing operationsSupport Capex planning and reportingProvide financial insight on RandD spend Act as a finance business partner to operational and non-finance teamsDrive continuous improvement in reporting and analysisWork extensively with Sage and Excel to produce reporting and insightAbout You:Experienced in an FPandA / Financial Planning Analyst roleStrong background in month-end, forecasting, and budgetingExperience within manufacturing or a similar environment is highly desirableConfident working with large data sets in ExcelFamiliarity with large ERP systemsStrong communication skills with the ability to partner with non-finance stakeholdersProactive, detail-oriented, and commercially mindedRobert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
