This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional to play a key role in driving business performance and supporting growth across Europe.Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, workforce planning and management reporting, providing valuable insight to support strategic decision-making.This role requires a fully qualified Accountant who comes with a minimum of 5 years within an FPandA, Commercial Finance, Business Performance or Financial Analysis role plus hands-on experience building Power BI dashboards from Excel data.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the annual budgeting process and monthly forecasting cycle.Develop financial and operational models to support business decisions, scenario planning and profitability analysis.Manage workforce planning, including headcount forecasting and resource utilisation.Produce project performance reporting across multiple jurisdictions.Prepare monthly management reports, highlighting financial performance, variances and key business drivers.Drive improvements to reporting processes, systems and automation to enhance efficiency and data quality.Support senior stakeholders with commercial insights and strategic ..... full job details .....
