FPandA Analyst - real estate

A dynamic and growing real estate company is seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst to join its EMEA Finance team. This is a hands-on role offering broad exposure across Finance and the wider business, with responsibility for planning, forecasting, management reporting, performance analysis and commercial decision support. 3 days in office, 2 days wfh Central London The successful candidate will work closely with senior Finance stakeholders and teams across Operations, IT, Investments, Development and Delivery. You will play a key role in bringing together financial and operational data, identifying performance drivers, and translating analysis into clear insights and recommendations. Key responsibilities include: Supporting annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting and longer-term planning across multiple EMEA entities and functions. Preparing and improving monthly, quarterly and annual management and investor reporting. Delivering variance, trend, scenario and driver analysis, with clear commentary and recommendations. Providing financial modelling and commercial analysis to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions. Business partnering with operational and functional teams, providing insight and constructive challenge. Developing and improving FPandA models, reporting tools and processes.
