It''s about cutting through complexity, finding the data in the noise and telling the story behind the performance.What you''ll be doingOwn monthly performance analysis across key PandL lines, including cost base and headcountTurn financial results into clear, punchy insight: what''s happening, why it matters and what to do nextBuild forward looking views that highlight risks, opportunities and emerging trendsSupport budgeting and forecasting cycles with challenge, rigour and commercial thinkingProduce high quality executive reporting for senior stakeholders and leadership forumsPartner across finance and the wider business to improve clarity, consistency and decision-makingContribute to efficiency, transformation and continuous improvement initiativesWhat you bringQualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)Strong FPandA background within the insurance sector - solid planning, forecasting and performance experienceConfident operating with senior stakeholders and influencing decisionsAbility to simplify complex data into clear, commercial narrativesAdvanced Excel and Power BI skills with strong attention to detailExperience producing board or executive level reportingA proactive, curious ..... full job details .....
