Financial Planning and Analysis (FPandA) Analyst Position SummaryOur client is seeking a highly analytical and commercially minded FPandA Analyst to support financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and business decision-making across our travel operations. The successful candidate will partner with departments including Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management, Operations, and Product to provide financial insights that drive profitability, operational efficiency, and strategic growth.This role requires strong financial modeling skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations within a fast-paced travel environment.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Planning and ForecastingDevelop and maintain annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial plans.Analyse revenue, margins, and operating expenses across travel products, destinations, and business units.Support monthly reforecasting processes based on booking trends, seasonality, and market conditions.Prepare scenario analyses and sensitivity models to assess business opportunities and risks.Financial Analysis and ReportingProduce monthly management reports, dashboards, and variance analyses.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including bookings, passenger volumes, occupancy rates, average booking value, customer acquisition costs, and profitability metrics.Investigate financial performance against budget and provide explanations for significant ..... full job details .....
