FPandA Analyst

We are partnering with a high-growth, international brand to hire an FPandA Analyst into their expanding finance team.This role is based full-time in their Harlow office (Herts/Essex border) and offers a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced, international business where finance plays a key role in driving commercial performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams on-site, gaining strong visibility and impact across the organisation.The RoleAs FPandA Analyst, you will take ownership of end-to-end SKU financial performance, from cost through to sales and retail value, delivering clear and actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.Working closely with commercial teams, you will help drive profitability and influence key business decisions across products, channels, and geographies.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver detailed gross margin analysis by SKU, channel, and regionSupport pricing strategy through modelling and scenario analysisEvaluate promotional activity and trade spend effectivenessTrack key cost drivers including manufacturing and logistics, liaising with international teamsProduce margin reporting and insight dashboards in collaboration with BI/FPandA colleaguesProvide clear, data-led insights to support commercial decision-makingAbout YouStrong background in FPandA or commercial financeAdvanced Excel and financial modelling skillsExperience working with large, complex datasetsBackground in consumer, retail, or e-commerce ..... full job details .....
