      <description>Location: London | Salary: 60000.00-60000.00 Annual | Type: Permanent | HFG are currently working with a leading London insurer in search for the next FPandA Analyst. The role holder will have ownership for the production of the annual budget, periodic forecast and management information to support functional areas.Responsibilities:Owning the budgeting and forecasting processes and cycles for specific functionsOwning the annual planning and quarterly forecasting process for a portfolio of syndicatesDeveloping and providing regular value-added management information to senior management to enable effective decision making to maximise financial performanceChallenging the business on the robustness of budget and forecast assumptions to ensure financial performance is optimisedProfile:Qualified Accountant (ACCA/ACA/CIMA)Accounting, including International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), UK Generally Accepted Accounting Practice (UK GAAP) and overseas GAAP as requiredInsurance accounting principles, including those applicable to the Lloyd''s MarketStrong stakeholder management</description>
