Harper May is working with a private equity backed wealth management group that has grown quickly through both acquisition and organic expansion, and is now building out the finance team that will support its next phase of scale. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious analyst to step into a high-visibility FPandA role, working closely with senior finance leadership and getting real exposure to how a fast-growing, acquisitive business plans and performs.It is a role with genuine progression. The group is scaling, the finance function is growing with it, and there is clear room to develop as the business does. You will be close to the decisions that matter and will see the direct impact of your analysis.The RoleSupport the annual budgeting and reforecasting process across the groupBuild and maintain financial models to support planning and decision-makingProduce monthly management reporting, with clear variance analysis and commentaryTrack performance against budget and flag risks and opportunities earlyPartner with business units to understand the numbers behind the resultsSupport board and investor reporting packsHelp analyse acquisitions and integration performanceImprove FPandA processes, tools and reporting as the group scalesWhat do we wantPart-qualified, finalist or recently qualified (ACCA, CIMA or ACA)Educated to degree levelStrong Excel and financial modelling skillsSome FPandA, management reporting or commercial finance experienceComfortable working with ..... full job details .....
