FPandA Analyst

CMA Recruitment Group is currently partnering with a Wareham, Dorset based business, who are seeking an FPandA Analyst on a permanent basis. Reporting directly to the Head of FPandA, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative finance team and play a pivotal role in supporting the group s financial planning and analysis. This position offers strong career growth potential within the wider finance function.What will the FPandA Analyst role involve? Assist in the creation and review of annual and quarterly financial plans, ensuring all data is accurately captured and reported;Provide ongoing analysis of financial results, highlighting trends and variances to support business decision-making;Collaborate with internal teams to enhance data quality and streamline financial processes;Prepare and submit regulatory and business plan reports, including supporting documentation for credit ratings;Deliver monthly cash flow forecasts and performance dashboards for senior management review;Support the development and improvement of financial models and reporting tools to drive efficiency.
