FPandA Analyst

Butler Rose is exclusively working with a leading manufacturing business in Plymouth to recruit an ambitious FPandA Analyst to join its growing finance team.In this role, you''ll play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, performance reporting, financial modelling, and delivering insight to support strategic decision-making. You''ll also contribute to the ongoing development of a modern, technology-driven FPandA function, helping improve reporting processes, automation, and systems.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.Produce monthly performance reports and variance analysis.Develop rolling forecasts and financial models.Deliver analysis on revenue, margins, costs, and operational performance.Support board and senior leadership reporting.Drive improvements in reporting, automation, and FPandA systems.Assist with ad hoc analysis and finance transformation initiatives.About YouQualified or part-qualified ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.Advanced Excel skills.Proactive, detail-oriented, and commercially minded.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.DesirablePrevious FPandA or financial analysis experience.Manufacturing, consumer goods, or retail sector experience.Experience with Planful, Power BI, Power Query, or ERP systems.This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional looking to develop their FPandA career within a progressive and forward-thinking business.If you are interested in ..... full job details .....
