FPandA Analyst

Are you an ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualified accountant looking for a hybrid fpanda commercial analyst?We are seeking a commercially minded and qualified finance professional to support financial performance, revenue and cost management across the business. This role will play a key part in both retrospective performance analysis and forward-looking forecasting, budgeting, and strategic decision-making.Working closely with the Head of Finance and operational stakeholders, you will provide meaningful financial insight that drives performance improvement and supports business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and reforecasts in line with Group reporting requirements.Analyse business performance and identify key drivers impacting financial and operational results.Partner with business leaders and operational teams to drive performance improvements and cost efficiencies.Produce and monitor financial and non-financial KPI reporting for key stakeholders across the organisation.Support the month-end and period-end close process, including variance analysis and management reporting.Deliver insightful analysis to ensure senior management and the Board have a clear understanding of financial and operational performance.Utilise existing systems and reporting tools to enhance data analytics capabilities and improve management information.Develop and expand performance reporting frameworks to support informed decision-making.Build strong ..... full job details .....
