This is a newly created position within a private equity-backed organisation, offering the opportunity to support the CFO in building more robust, forward-looking financial insight and improving the quality and efficiency of reporting across the business.What will the FPandA role involve? Supporting the CFO in developing PE-grade budgeting, forecasting and medium-term planningBuilding and maintaining financial models, scenarios and sensitivity analysisReviewing and challenging financial data to improve accuracy and decision-makingProducing variance analysis and insight to support month-end and board reportingContributing to the development of more efficient, controlled and insightful management reportingSupporting PE requirements, including establishing reporting cadence and financial disciplinePartnering with non-finance teams to improve planning assumptions and financial understandingAssisting with ad hoc analysis and projects aligned to value creation initiatives Suitable Candidate for the FPandA role: Prior experience in FPandA, commercial finance or a highly analytical finance roleStrong Excel and financial modelling capability, with the ability to interpret and challenge dataConfident communicator who can work with senior stakeholders and operate in a fast-paced environment ..... full job details .....
