FP&A Manager - 3 Month Contract

Kirkland Associates are working with a Leicester-based organisation who are looking to appoint an experienced FP&A Manager on a 3-month contract.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional to provide immediate support across financial planning, forecasting and management reporting, working closely with the COO and senior management team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting and forecasting activity
• Produce management reports and financial analysis
• Provide insight into business performance, trends and variances
• Develop financial models and scenario analysis
• Support cash flow forecasting and business planning
• Work with senior stakeholders to provide commercially focused financial insight
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting and processes

About You
We are looking for someone with previous experience in FP&A, commercial finance, financial analysis or management accounting, with strong Excel and financial modelling skills.
Ideally, you will be ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified/part-qualified, or have equivalent relevant experience, and be confident working with senior stakeholders.
Location: Leicester
Contract: 3 months
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 9am-5pm
Working: Hybrid and flexi-time available
